Factors that may affect the health status of children are nutrition, growth monitoring and immunization. And one of the activities to protect the body against tuberculosis is by giving BCG immunization. Data of 2016 showed that 72.6% of infant mothers had negative attitudes after their infants received BCG immunization in scar / ulcers. In fact, this program will be successful if the mothers who have babies participate in these activities. This study was conducted to determine the mother's attitude to the occurrence of scar / ulcers after the administration of BCG immunization.

The type of research used in this study is basic research. The sample of this study was Selected Random Sampling. The number of samples obtained by the author is 25 mothers. The study was conducted at KIA Puskesmas Peterongan, Peterongan Sub-district, Jombang Regency. And to analyze the results done with qualitative Descriptive techniques.

The results of the cognitive aspect were 20% agreed, 60% hesitant, and 20% disagreed. This showed a negative attitude toward the reaction after immunization in the form of scar / ulcers. The results of the affective aspect of 40% are hesitant and 40% disagree that the mother is no other way to prevent tuberculosis. The results of the conative aspect of the study were 80% doubtful and disagreeable, indicating maternal ignorance of reactions caused after BCG immunization.

So overall the attitude of respondents showed a positive attitude (Favarable) and negative attitude (Unfavarable).
